Naturopath, Herbalist and Nutritionist

Alexis completed her naturopathy degree in 2018, and is a naturopath, herbalist and holistic nutritionist with over ten years experience working in the health and wellness industry.

Alexis’ love of human connection and natural curiosity allows her to delve into the root causes of health issues and she loves to work collaboratively with her patients to find solutions for their health concerns.  


Alexis aims to empathetically listen to each client’s personal health and wellbeing goals and to provide coaching around how to effectively achieve these.

Alexis developed her love of natural medicine through experimenting with her own diet and nutrition, ultimately assisting her in her pursuits as an endurance athlete and in achieving an overall sense of wellbeing.


After spending many years travelling and experiencing different cultures, Alexis has developed a deep love of eating locally and sustainably, and is passionate about working with food as medicine.


Alexis practices yoga and breath work, and strongly believes in the healing power of incorporating mind, body and spirit to achieve optimal health. In her spare time she loves adventuring, surfing, camping, hiking and getting out into nature.
