Sam approaches health from the inside out and places significant importance on establishing a resilient microbiome and functional gut-brain-immune axis. By developing a robust internal ecosystem, the body is able to naturally establish balanced health.

While working with Sam, you will develop a roadmap toward renewed health through identifying and reaching important milestones - using a variety of lifestyle, nutritional, and herbal interventions.
