Sam approaches health from the inside out and places significant importance on establishing a resilient microbiome and functional gut-brain-immune axis. By developing a robust internal ecosystem, the body is able to naturally establish balanced health.

While working with Sam, you will develop a roadmap toward renewed health through identifying and reaching important milestones - using a variety of lifestyle, nutritional, and herbal interventions. Using modern assessment tools such as blood tests and/or microbiome assessment, Sam thoroughly assesses your results in context with your presenting concern and health history to uncover and treat the root cause.

Sam has a keen interest in how evidence based herbal and nutraceutical medicine can facilitate health outcomes. His goal is fiinding the ideal treatment for each patient based off their unique presentation, health history, and needs; the treatment fits the individual, the individual does not fit the treatment.
