Naturopath, Herbalist and Nutritionist

About Belinda

Belinda is a naturopath, herbalist and nutritionist with a deep passion for helping people reach their potential at every stage of life – from preconception through to the maturing years. She has been living and practising natural medicine in Hobart for over 20 years.

Belinda holds a Masters of Health Science (Developmental Disability) from the University of Sydney, which grew from her longstanding interest in the needs of children with developmental and learning difficulties. This postgraduate study deepened her understanding of the challenges facing children and adults living with disability, and she now integrates this knowledge with her natural medicine training to broaden access to meaningful, tailored healthcare for this community.

Children’s health is a particular focus of Belinda’s work. Childhood represents a critical window of development and an extraordinary opportunity to shape lifelong health outcomes – especially through diet and nutrition. Over the course of her career she has presented to professional audiences on children’s health and contributed to peer-reviewed research in the field. That said, Belinda genuinely enjoys working with patients of all ages, and finds real inspiration in the changes people make – at any stage of life – to improve their health, vitality and wellbeing.

Belinda also works with couples and individuals on fertility, reproductive health, and changes of life. She also has particular interest in supporting women through peri and menopausal transitions.

Outside of the clinic, Belinda is a devoted mum, an enthusiastic gardener and a keen bush-walker. She loves cooking – particularly finding ways to bring fresh produce from her garden to the family table.
