Boost Your Gut Health and Balance Hormones with Bronwyn's Chia Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 3/4 cup milk of choice (I use Nutty Bruce Unsweetened Almond Milk)

  • 2 tsp blackcurrant powder

  • Good pinch cinnamon

  • Good splash vanilla


Combine these ingredients and refrigerate overnight (or leave to sit while you get ready in the morning - have a big glass of warm lemon water while you're doing this!)

 

  • Then stir in:

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds

  • 1-2 tsp nut butter

  • Selection of seeds (I use pepitas, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds)

 

Top with:

  • Mixed berries and/or green kiwi fruit

  • A few blobs of yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
